Most importantly they are delicious to eat. Sourcing the freshest eggs, pure butter, old fashioned real vanilla bean paste, homemade curds, quality chocolate for our mud cakes and ganache fillings fill our cakes generously.

Delivery & or Transportation of cakes
Cakes are boxed ready for collection from my licensed kitchen/home.
Place your cake on the flattest surface possible in your vehicle, ideally the front passenger side of the vehicle on the floor. Ideally resting the cake box on a flat towel. Please drive carefully as the cake is your responsibility once it has been collected or delivered.
Most cakes require refrigeration (buttercream) but buttercream cakes should be eaten at room temperature
Do not refrigerate fondant cakes
